What is Brand Security Identification Tape?

Brand Security Identification Tape is a printed text tape along with the company names and specifications printed on it to prove the originality of the cable and securing from duplicacy why because of its width i.e 2mm. The most common security identification tape construction that we offer is a laminated tape. In this instance, the printing is between the two layers of tape, so the information is preserved.

It can be printed with anything that the manufacturer requests, such as manufacturer’s name, date of manufacture, the UL specification or other specifications that the cable meets, etc.

Tape Construction

This tape is a composition of two layers of specially developed electrical grade pet film, one is of 23 micron thickness with reverse printed texts, specifications & details of the company & the second layer is 75 micron thickness which is laminated with the first layer. The printed text is locked in the middle of both layers.

Features

The unique feature of this composite tape is the width in which it comes. The minimum width is of 2mm and the maximum is 3mm. We name it brand security identification tape because of its width & none of the company in india is manufacturing & supplying this tape in this slitting width.
The tape is of electrical grade & has a very long shelf life is more than 8 years.
This tape is coated with nano antistatic charge liquid from both sides which will provide safety from thermal conductivity waves if wrapped into the cables & wires.
It creates a thermal barrier between the two cable components and its tough material provides the cable with additional mechanical strength, impact resistance.
This composite tape have excellent dielectric resistance, heat resistance & the melting point is upto 265°c.
